The Platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register and use any service on 92ber. Where the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction exceeds 18, that higher age applies. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these Terms.
92ber implements age verification procedures. Any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of underage use will be immediately suspended. Funds in such Accounts will be withheld pending investigation and, where underage use is confirmed, returned less any winnings, in accordance with applicable procedures.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that using the Platform is lawful in your country or region of residence. You must not use the Platform if online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction. 92ber does not represent that its services are legal in all jurisdictions, including Pakistan. Registering from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted does not create any obligation or liability on the part of 92ber.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses. If you suspect a duplicate account has been opened in your name, contact support immediately.
Accounts are for the personal, individual use of the registered Account Holder only. You may not allow third parties to access, operate or benefit from your Account. All bets and transactions must be placed on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or organisation.
To use the Platform you must complete the registration process, providing accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to keep this information updated at all times.
Providing false, misleading or inaccurate registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds or winnings derived during the period in which false information was held on the Account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 92ber will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you believe your Account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
92ber reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Account Holder at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal, following a large deposit, or where unusual account activity is identified. Standard KYC documentation includes:

Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable time following a request will have withdrawal facilities suspended until verification is complete. 92ber may permanently close Accounts where KYC cannot be satisfied to the Operator's reasonable standard.
Pakistani users should note that CNIC copies are the standard identity document. Ensure your CNIC details precisely match the name and date of birth entered at registration. Discrepancies will result in verification delays.
All deposits must be made using payment methods listed in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods vary and may include certain mobile wallet services, bank transfers and other options as displayed. The listing of a payment method name (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah) in the cashier does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by that provider, nor does it guarantee permanent availability. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements before requesting withdrawal will result in Bonus Funds being forfeited and any associated winnings being recalculated accordingly.
92ber reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings and close Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, collusion between players, or any other activity deemed by the Operator to constitute exploitation of promotional offers.
92ber may modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Active Wagering Requirements in progress at the time of a promotion's withdrawal will not be retroactively affected unless the modification is made due to regulatory compliance requirements.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after full KYC verification has been completed. Funds must be withdrawn to the same method used for deposit where technically possible, subject to method availability. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
92ber does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Timelines depend on the chosen method, operator review queues and any outstanding verification or bonus wagering obligations. Nothing in these Terms limits 92ber's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
92ber reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, chargebacks, failure to complete KYC, or regulatory requirements.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Pending legitimate withdrawal requests will be processed following confirmation that all bonus wagering obligations are met and that no outstanding investigations are active on the Account.
On Account closure (whether initiated by you or the Operator), any valid real-money Balance will be returned to you subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited on closure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92ber holds its operating licence. Users from Pakistan access the Platform subject to the laws of that licence jurisdiction.
